Offices that feel like home. Nearly ten years ago, Shamrock surveyed the local commercial office landscape and noticed a huge need. Many investors and users alike had few opportunities to become involved in an office campus environment unless the buildings were quite large. Investors were shut out, unless they were institutions. Users often saw their choices limited to fifth and sixth floor office space.
