Dean is a 20 year veteran of the commercial banking industry. Prior to establishing Fairway’s Commercial Lending division in 2005, Dean worked for M & I Bank, Associated Bank, and the last 14 years with Old National Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending.

Dean’s primary area of expertise is commercial real estate and business lending, with a specialty in government guaranteed loan programs (SBA, USDA, HUD) that offer more favorable / flexible terms to small business owners and real estate investors.

Dean’s strong banking background combined with his in depth knowledge of the credit markets provides clients with a valuable resource for understanding the available funding options and the ability to close on the best financing to meet their needs.
